Regal Honda - Service Center

We dropped our vehicle off on Friday evening for an 8am service on Saturday morning. Waited and waited at the house for a phone call to let us know our car was ready to be picked up. Didnt even get that service on Saturday morning. Waited and waited at the house for a phone call to let us know our car was ready to be picked up. Didnt even get that from the service writer. The courtesy shuttle driver called my wife at 1pm Saturday afternoon to tell her he was on his way. Thank you shuttle driver for your help. My family has bought and serviced many vehicles from Regal Honda over the last 30yrs. Never had problems in the past. Comunication needs to improve. More
