8/3/26 brought car in car hesitates and jerks ,abnormal shifting .Couldn't notice on road test .They put quart and half of transmission oil ,said every thing all right .I said where did the oil go, there i shifting .Couldn't notice on road test .They put quart and half of transmission oil ,said every thing all right .I said where did the oil go, there is no leak. I Was told it EVAPORATED , yea ok , I worked on cars 60 years .I never heard that. It is a seal close unit, no atmosphere .It still abnormal shifting .not fixed. I felt that communication with my wife on the status of our cars repairs was very poor, she had to continually call , she would send emails that wouldn't get answered until days later. We were told by our our cars repairs was very poor, she had to continually call , she would send emails that wouldn't get answered until days later. We were told by our extended warranty representative that he should have arranged us a rental vehicle , when she told Jeremy that he said it was their job not his . This resulted in my wife being without transportation for four days. The gear shift plastic at the base of the boot has a small crack. Overall the repair was handled poorly More
