I was looking for a second car and went to Regal Kia to see what was available. On our 2nd visit, Ed Ortiz approached us to see if he could help. We went there with a different car in mind but when we saw see what was available. On our 2nd visit, Ed Ortiz approached us to see if he could help. We went there with a different car in mind but when we saw the Kia Soul, that was what I was looking for. The car needed detailing and certification so we came back a few hours later and WOW! We were so impressed with how beautiful the car looked! Ed did a great job and everyone there was so nice and professional. I really love the car and it is perfect for what I wanted.
