I felt that communication with my wife on the status of our cars repairs was very poor, she had to continually call , she would send emails that wouldn't get answered until days later. We were told by our our cars repairs was very poor, she had to continually call , she would send emails that wouldn't get answered until days later. We were told by our extended warranty representative that he should have arranged us a rental vehicle , when she told Jeremy that he said it was their job not his . This resulted in my wife being without transportation for four days. The gear shift plastic at the base of the boot has a small crack. Overall the repair was handled poorly More
