This was my second attempt at letting you guys fix my car. The first shot was one month ago and then two weeks later my car broke down again leaving me stranded. Regal Kia treated us very good through the sales process, even though we had some credit challenges. But after the sale, we had questions that about the Soul. Our salesperson, Mallory, would never return cal even though we had some credit challenges. But after the sale, we had questions that about the Soul.
