Best Dealership Regal Kia Dealership of Lakeland Fl. We were treated like a King and a Queen at this Dealership. When other dealerships played games with us this dealership got the job done!!. Please do not take your business anywhere else before you stop at this one first. I PROMISE YOU, the salespeople are so professional and friendly Oh My God...especially our Orlando (that is his name) and the Finance manager whose name is Chris also gave us the royal treatment and that is why their name is "REGAL" because I PROMISE YOU that you will be treated like ROYALTY!!!! I DO NOT LIE. Every other dealership told us "Noway, or the fico score was too low or the down payment wasn't good enough, or the payment was way more than we told them we needed it to be at. Everyone else never returned our calls until days later, I never in my life saw so much UNCARING about wanting to sell a person a car like the other dealers....BUT NOT HERE AT REGAL KIA OF LAKELAND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE, AND YOU WALK OUT OF THIS PLACE FEELING LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY I PROMISE YOU THIS MUCH!!! I am a bit disappointed as I asked service to put a new bulb on the right blinker light. They said no problem, but on my way home I saw it had not been fixed.
