Kelsey is the main reason I keep coming back. She has fantastic communication skills, is very knowledgeable, and is accommodating with my schedule. I just wish the dealership had a better set up for customers like myself who have to drop their car off early before service is open and there are times the gates are not open. We're talking roughly 515am. Or when the gatess are open that early and it's raining and I have to stand in the rain to not only grab a envelope fill out to leave in the drop box but after filling it out under the overhang area I have to run across the driveway, in the rain, to drop the envelope in the drop box. Whoever came up with this plan obviously never had to do the above scenario because if they had they would of moved the drop box under the overhang drive thru area where we actually drop off our cars. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out does it. More
