Amazing Experience I was looking for a Kia and contacted the Costco Auto Program. The closest authorized dealership was about an hour away from me. Greg Schmidt from Reg I was looking for a Kia and contacted the Costco Auto Program. The closest authorized dealership was about an hour away from me. Greg Schmidt from Regal Kia followed up with me very shortly thereafter and I set up a day to drive down there. The whole experience was easy and pressure-free and Greg was just wonderful and very thoughtful, knowing we had just had a long drive. I drove away in my new Kia Soul and I love it! The whole car buying process can be stressful and intimidating but Greg did not pressure me (the thing I hate most about buying a new car) and made sure I was ready for the long drive home. When it came to the finance part of the transaction...the whole thing was signed and done in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Greg and everyone at Regal Kia! More

Ask for help Had an issue with my engine. 3 months out of warranty. I was lost because I had no way to pay for the repair. The space was bright, contemporary, with great displays of paint colors and interior material options. We wondered into the service area and was happy to see a comfortable sitting area. Everyone we met was polite and extremely professional. Greg and Sam located the exact vehicle we wanted and were extremely helpful with comparison of features and options. The manager, Mike Galloway, as well as our salesmen were able to work within our budget. We were extremely satisfied with the transaction overall, everything was clearly explained and outlined. Pathetic Customer Service First let me say the sales staff is top notch. Pray to god you don't have to take your vehicle to get serviced there. The Service Writers talk down to you like its the first car you ever owned. I will now make sure all of Florida knows what is going on at this dealership and how rude these people are. Spend 24,000 on a car and this is how the service department is? I don't think so. I have family who works in a GM dealership so I know the deal. They need to go back to school and take public relations 101. More
