Rise to Handle Time of Need My wife was driving the Chevy Equinox when an animal darted in front of her. She swerved to miss it but, hit the concrete drainage area and tore up th My wife was driving the Chevy Equinox when an animal darted in front of her. She swerved to miss it but, hit the concrete drainage area and tore up the front right tire. She was not hurt, the animal saved but, tire destroyed. I got the spare put on and called Regal to get new tires. Jessica Torres stepped up, checked inventory and had two saved for me. I got to Regal where she had the car handled and, within 90 minutes all done and ready to go. Kudos for the professional & courteous handling. Regal & Jessica came through and saved the day. Highly recommend this dealership and their super service staff. They are the best! Ron More
