Horrifying experience. 3 week nightmare They ran my corvette convertible through an automatic car wash & ruined the top & filled the inside of car up with water all in the same time I was do They ran my corvette convertible through an automatic car wash & ruined the top & filled the inside of car up with water all in the same time I was doing paperwork to purchase this car. When they presented the car to me 3 hours later that was exactly what was presented to me. A car they had just done about 5000 dollars damage to. They told me if I accepted the car they would take care of fixing it at my chevy dealership in Virginia. Since I purchased car online & I flew to florida to pick it up & take it back to Virginia. 3 weeks later the car still sits at my dealership full of water doing more damage to the inside every day cause Lakeland chevrolet has refused to respond or communicate with the service manager. They won't respond to the 3000 estimate to fix damage on inside of car. They refuse to answer or return phone calls from service manager to the point he called and asked me to see if I could get any communication out of them. My salesman said he put the estimate on both his managers desks at 8:30 this morning & someone would be calling me shortly. That was almost a week ago and I have yet to have any manager call me to take care of this matter. Not to mention we still need to put a new top on to. Thank you so much regal Chevrolet. !!! More
