Great Folks, Good Deal, Feel Like I Joined a Family I showed up late, actually after closing officially, I met Ed Box and Howard who showed me multiple vehicles as I was looking for a Kia Soul and you g I showed up late, actually after closing officially, I met Ed Box and Howard who showed me multiple vehicles as I was looking for a Kia Soul and you guys must have 100 or better on the lot. We talked, joked, played around in the parking area, took a test drive, discussed the vehicle and the deals and then went to the credit manager in the show room area. While I was waiting for the guys to review credit and give me deal options, they broke out a red velvet cake that a customer had dropped off for them. We had cake and coffee, laughed, joked, discussed backgrounds, children, work history and I felt like I was at a family reunion. Ed box was special. Made me feel at home from the start. This is my third vehicle from Regal dealers, but the first from the Kia location on 98. These guys are tops, beat the rest twenty to one. Mr. Campeze (spelling?) - you should really be proud of this crew. I would drop in again just to say hi to them. Have already recommended this dealer location to friends at work.
