Service nor customer service was the issue. That is the only reason for the 3 stars, otherwise I’d been 1 star. Price was the issue ironically. I have a 2011 Kia Optima, car dies, I replaced the battery hoping that was the issue but although the car was running the light was still on. Auto-zone confirmed alternator was bad, so I decided to use my aaa to tow the car in instead of driving it there. Almost $600 is what it cost solely to replace the alternator. $326 for just the part, which is only a third of the cost at somewhere like discount auto. You as a dealership should have access to better prices than me, but I’d accepted same price or a little higher for convenience, but 3x’s the cost?!. Mechanics worked on my car for maybe 2hrs tops (based on phone calls between aaa drop off and dealerships pickup advisory), for a simple alternator replacement, and it cost me almost $600, not including the tow, or the battery I’d bought before getting the car there, ONLY for an alternator replacement charged by your dealership. That’s insane, unethical and sounds more like the facilities reputation and not what my previous experiences were. Based on yesterday’s experience, I would never recommend someone to go there and I highly doubt I’ll be returning. More

Was taken care of promptly and pleasantly. The oil change and tire rotation was gonna be done in 45 minutes but the tech found a stripped stud and so took a bit longer.
