Not the usual 5 stars When you got service before, they would wash & vacuum your car. The oil change was great, but the wash job left MUCH to be desired. All kinds of stuff When you got service before, they would wash & vacuum your car. The oil change was great, but the wash job left MUCH to be desired. All kinds of stuff was left on the car. And I come to find out that they no longer vacuum your car. Very disappointing. If the was job had been decent, I might have overlooked the vacuuming service removal, but it was horrid. Not what I expect out of Regal. More
