My First Time with Regal My service advisor Brandy was very helpful. She walked me through the process, introduced me to the service tech (Scott). After finalizing which repairs to do now and which to do Later and knowing that I had some time to kill . Brandy introduced me to Warren (Regals professional transportation engineer) who drove me to go get some lunch. Everyone was polite and energetic. After connecting with the sales department, I was put in touch with Mike. I cannot begin to explain how glad I am to have gotten him!! I knew what I wanted going in, and Mike made it happen. He didn't try to oversell me or try and put me in the vehicle that would be best for his bottom line. He was my advocate and made sure I got the right vehicle for me.
