Worst car buying experience ever! After looking for an Audi A7 for serval months we came across one at what we thought was a great deal but boy were we wrong. Hyundai Regional doing an out of state deal was the absolute worst car experience we have ever experienced! When we first spoke with the salesman Ron he was very polite & sold the car very well. After returning signed paperwork & us sending them $2000 everything went down hill from there. The deal & the bank verified the deal date was made on April 2 which we did not receive the car till April 24 ridiculous. Come to find out the check engine was on & the car had to be taken to an Audi dealership to get the check engine light fixed & the sensor low coolant reservoir, & they lost the keys to the car, which new keys had to be made. We were told the car was taken to Audi, but 3 days later when we called to check on everything the car was still seating in the bay at Hyundai. No one called to update us on the car getting to Audi we had to do that ourselves & the Audi dealership kept us updated. We asked serval times for some of the down payment back for the inconvenience & was told they would ask the general manager. During this process we asked to speak with the general manager serval times to discuss our concerns & we were told no & kept getting the run arounds. After the car was returned to Hyundai we still didn’t know why the car wasn’t being transported to us. The different departments did not communicate well with each other or us during the entire process. When calling the finance department once we told the employee why we were calling the guy said “Hold on” “Who has this case because he’s on the phone xxxxxxxx” that was unacceptable. A few other times calling a finance employee called us an xxxxxxx & hung up on us once on two different occasions. Finally talking to the general manager he apologized added tint & touched up the paint on the car instead of giving some of the down payment back. After reviewing new pictures of the car we noticed a side marker lamp was missing & was told we would have to pay for that ourselves, which we didn’t feel that was appropriate. We were told we would receive the carfax and services provided by Audi, which we never did. After receiving the car it came without a 30 day tag which we had to contact them, which they said they would send the tag over night & it’s 4 days later & we still have no tag to enjoy our new car. services provided by Audi, which we never did. Overall Very Good Buying Experience First contact was with Bryce Moeder by by email inviting me to come into the dealership in response to my online inquiry. When I went into the dealers First contact was with Bryce Moeder by by email inviting me to come into the dealership in response to my online inquiry. When I went into the dealership, I asked for Bryce, but he was tied up and sent Ron Karmen to assist me. Ron was very pleasant and helpful. I told him the type of car I was looking for (Sonata or comparable of another make). I had already been to several other dealerships and knew the equipment I wanted and the price I was looking to spend. He was eager to find me the car I wanted, but did not have the color I wanted in stock. He said he would find me one and get it here in a couple of days, equipped the way I wanted. Ron and Bryce and I reached a reasonable deal on price and the deal was done without any games or stalling, which I appreciated. After the car arrived, Ron spent well over an hour and a half explaining all the features and answering our questions and making sure we were satisfied. He introduced us to his service people who were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Ron Karmen to my friends. He made me feel like he truly cared that we were satisfied. Could have been better Disappointing. That is my word for their sales department. But before I go into that, Finance Manager Steve Hinojosa is amazing! You can trust this ma Disappointing. That is my word for their sales department. But before I go into that, Finance Manager Steve Hinojosa is amazing! You can trust this man. He is honest, friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Sadly, the two different sales people we worked with on two different 2019 vehicle sales had less than stellar customer service skills. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it is a bad dealership. I just think their salespeople need to learn their product and that productivity shouldn’t negate follow through. They are your customer from the minute you greet them until they decide to sell the car you sold them. Just because you sent them to the Finance Mgr. with a sale, doesn’t mean the customer is no longer your responsibility ......Follow through More
