Extremly Disappointing I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer the previously. Sadly they are not the dealer of the past. They only care about the immediate sale not a long term customer therefore their tactics and attitudes have changed. We left after the car we were about to sign on, had mechanical problems when they drove it in to detail it. They expected us to still sign and use a loaner until they got it fixed. However, they didn't even know what was wrong. I also went back and spoke to the Sales Manager to give him an opportunity to change my mind, to make me consider remaining a Regional Hyundai customer for my next purchase. I don't recall his name but he didn't care and was not interested in trying to make me a long term customer again. We had made a purchase elsewhere prior to my going back there, so he was done with me. *Note..the Salesman and Sales Manager have reached out to apologize for our experience. While I appreciate their gesture it doesn't change the facts or the way we were made to feel that day.* More
