My Pathfinder was serviced and it took nearly 2 weeks when I was given a time frame of 2 days!. Then when I received my vehicle back it had a cracked windshield which they claim they did not do. The dealership was pretty good overall. Its definitely more approachable than the other Nissan dealership in my city. Its clean and has plenty of stock. I had a set timeline over a few weeks to: test drive, sell my car, work my budget, then decide, then if decided buy, over the next month or so. But Craig was easy to talk with, amiable, intelligent about the product and understood my budget and wants - he tried to fit me with vehicle that made the best sense for me and my family. I seriously wouldn’t have sat and talked numbers if I hadn’t gotten lucky enough to run into him specifically on the lot. I give him 6/5 stars if I could. More
