Reliable Nissan

Poor Service, Incompetent Personnel I was informed the parts came in and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 12th at 9:45am. I went down there today only to be told? by the Serv I was informed the parts came in and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 12th at 9:45am. I went down there today only to be told? by the Service Advisor that the technician that does the work today as he "is off every other Saturday" so the scheduling should not have occurred. Additionally, I understood all the parts have not arrived. When I returned home I found a voicemail stating the Technician was sick.. So I been lied to by Reliable Nissan. It will now be 5 - 6 weeks with attempts to get my car fixed. Do NOT buy from Reliable. Poor Customer Service, Incompetent personnel, Under-staffed More

Great Experience!!! I had been looking for about a month for a new car. Being young and just starting my credit I was very worried about the process. I heard and saw ads I had been looking for about a month for a new car. Being young and just starting my credit I was very worried about the process. I heard and saw ads for a Nissan versa and I was very hopeful that this car would work for me and my budget. Unfortuanantly I was discouraged pretty quickly when I vivsited the dealership on my side of town, they wouldnt honor the ad price and they kept trying to sell me a sentra ( which I told them was too big and too much ) I left thinking I would just wait awhile , but I decided to try reliable Nissan the next weekend. Wow!! Completely different experience, my salesman was KC Flores and he listended to my previous experience and promised me they would be different. Long story short, I got the exact versa I wanted ( and needed ) was treated with repect the whole time, and left feeling like I accomplished something for myself. My parents have always reccomended Nissan, and now I know were I'll be going from now on. More

Under Pressure I have purchased vehicles with Reliable many times and met with Nikki to inquire about a new vehicle. Initially she was very sweet and fast at what s I have purchased vehicles with Reliable many times and met with Nikki to inquire about a new vehicle. Initially she was very sweet and fast at what she did. I felt however, that she spoke too quickly about price and payment and never asked what I wanted in the vehicle . I expected a spike in my payment, however I felt that she was more into making and finalizing the sale than actually hearing me out about my initial concerns of taking on the payment that soon. The first night before I had actually committed to anything, she began to pull out papers to sign in order to finalize the deal. I was apprehensive due to the massive jump in my payment being more than I wanted to commit to at this current time. Nikki did not seem to notice or care; she kept insisting that my current Nissan would lose market value by the time I was able to make a larger down payment and that I could buy time with the no payment time frame and look into refinancing later. The next day, I finagled more numbers and vehicles and Nikki did not seem to want to work past the 'final' price, Nikki contradicted herself by saying that Nissan holds market value for a long time. When pushback began to happen on my part, it seemed as though she would take it personally and get annoyed with working with me to get us what I wanted. Several times she sighed and seemed disappointed when I would ask about another option, price plan, payment, etc. When talking about my trade-in, it almost seemed as though Nikki didn't want to take the burden of my vehicle because they had many others on the lot and implied it would not sell due to the newer models that have been released since I purchased it. Nikki also told me that the inquiry on my credit was a 'soft' inquiry and until the final numbers were ran it would not be a 'hard' inquiry; my Credit Karma report shows otherwise. I feel that although Nikki is hardworking and definitely knows how to sell cars, it is out of obligation on the customer's behalf, sales people like Nikki are the reason I (and I'm sure many others) don't like car dealerships to begin with. Greg Baca was awesome and worked with me to try and get the payment down lower and see about less money down initially, for him I am grateful. I ended up leaving and not buying the car because of the experience with Nikki. More

Ripped Off,taken advantage, did not do work as described. On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it would be $280.00 total for parts and labor for the starter. After they claimed the work was completed - the car wouldn't start, I had to wait 30 minutes for it start and it barely ran. I brought it Southern Auto in Rio Rancho and they replaced a sensor and said there was no work done on the starter. I was ripped off and it was dishonest work. Avoid at all costs!! They steal your money and over charge you 100 fold. More
