Good service, except the fact is after spending $350 on an extra key fob and re-program I was told the price did not include the spare key in the fob…. Manuel told me the key was $8.00 more and then he wen an extra key fob and re-program I was told the price did not include the spare key in the fob…. Manuel told me the key was $8.00 more and then he went and got one and told me the key was actually $22 more but he would give it to me to show “Truly Exceptional” service. If you look at receipt it says new key, CUT and reprogram key. When I called earlier I was told the key was 239.50 with tax. When I called for service i was told it was 80.00. I bought key and took to service and was told $90. Then they added 10.80 in a shop charge (?) and tax suddenly went to 108.48. I just got car on Dec 11th. Was hoping to use Reliable for warranty work in the future. You can kiss that thought goodbye. More
