My car had a bad battery and the dealership charged it and kept my car for a week. I had no updates until the car was ready to be picked up. I would call at least once a day and would get the response of and kept my car for a week. I had no updates until the car was ready to be picked up. My car died 2 days later and I went ahead and replaced the battery myself. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all. The east side Nissan dealership was more supportive and helpful when called to ask how this service would take. More
