Drove my car in for service on 7/22 and got it back 8/8 and it wouldn't start. Never received any communication and had to beg over text for updates and finally got a hold of the service manager. Believe it or not he was just as bad as the service guy. They are terrible at communication all around and don't give straight answers for prices and service being provided. When I went to pickup my car they refused to give me all the papwork so I had to take pictures of everything on my phone. Called the GM and left a message and haven't heard back in 2 days. Unprofessional and unreliable all around from the bottom to the top. My car is now at another dealership getting work. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people. More

We purchased all our vehicles from Nissan Reliable over the years and never had any issues or complaints with the Sales team, they always made us feel welcomed and respected. Not to mention, went the extra the years and never had any issues or complaints with the Sales team, they always made us feel welcomed and respected. Not to mention, went the extra mile for us. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with the Service team. This will be the last time I service my vehicle here. Upon arrival, the service team was very unwelcoming when we approached their service desk/counters. Every individual who was working in the Service area gave us no eye contact or greeting. Myself and my fiancé stood there for 3-5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by anyone at this point. We were going to leave after feeling uncomfortable standing there waiting while staff walked by us and said nothing to us but when we were going to leave, we finally received serviced. Joshua was the individual who finally checked us in. Again, unwelcoming, rushed through our paperwork, and avoided eye contact with us. You can tell he was having a bad day and it reflected on how he treated us. Granted we were 6-7 minute late to our appointment and I understand it’s Monday and the service department is always busy but it doesn’t kill you to be nice for 30 seconds or pretend to be nice. If you can’t keep your composure while stressed, you shouldn’t be in customer service or interacting with customers. After our interaction with Joshua, I wanted to leave but my fiancé insisted we stay to get our vehicle serviced since we have an appointment and already there. So we waited and paid when our vehicle was ready. Not to mention, they added add-ons on our service that we did not request or give permission. We were going to ask about the add-on service but again Joshua was rushing our paperwork and seemed very impatient with us as it is. Never again. I typically take my vehicle to Santa Fe Nissan for service but since I live in Albuquerque I figured this would be convenient but instead the total opposite. It’s unfortunate the service team cannot match the same level of customer service as the sales team. More
