Employees I encountered were nice and hardworking. Craig Stewart was easy to work with, he specifically convinced me to sit down and talk numbers. I’ve spoken to tons of people at many dealerships. I had a set timeline over a few weeks to: test drive, sell my car, work my budget, then decide, then if decided buy, over the next month or so. But Craig was easy to talk with, amiable, intelligent about the product and understood my budget and wants - he tried to fit me with vehicle that made the best sense for me and my family. I seriously wouldn’t have sat and talked numbers if I hadn’t gotten lucky enough to run into him specifically on the lot. I give him 6/5 stars if I could. More

The only problems I have is with customer service customer service is always right the customer is always wrong I have took my car there multiple times they broke my door on the passenger side it wou customer service is always right the customer is always wrong I have took my car there multiple times they broke my door on the passenger side it wouldn't open or closed the passenger window won't roll down all the way the drivers door rattles when you turn up the music there are scratches on the car that I've been there since I purchased it and this is a new vehicle it wasn't pre-owned they spilled oil all over my engine and didn't clean it I take my car in nice and clean from inside and out when I get it back it's always dirty inside and out I forgot to mention my transmission keeps slipping when you go to put it in drive it takes a minute to put itself and drive it pauses and then it puts itself in drive they tell me there's nothing wrong but they don't drive it like I do your service manager Steve likes to argue with the customer Rick the service attendant likes to argue with the customer the gas reader does not read the cash right my car is losing horsepower and they keep saying it's okay there's nothing wrong with it but like I said they don't drive it I drive it everyday I should know I just want my new vehicle to be fixed I shouldn't have none of these problems when I purchased a new vehicle More

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the Nissanusa.com website to build my "dream car". This is likely the last brand new car we'll buy because I work from home & hubby just retir I used the Nissanusa.com website to build my "dream car". This is likely the last brand new car we'll buy because I work from home & hubby just retired. We don't drive a lot any longer. Because of this I wanted exactly what we wanted because we've always compromised in the past - either on color, features, or something. After finishing my build online it was sent to the 2 local Nissan dealers. Reliable was all over me like a bad rash. I made it clear to the 1st person I spoke with that I am NOT purchasing a vehicle until after the beginning of 2024 AND not until they had a vehicle EXACTLY as I wanted on their lot and that it was a WANT and not a NEED so even if it took 6 months, I was planning to wait. Within 3 days I'd heard from 5 people from their dealership. I told each of them the exact same thing I stated up in the paragraph just above. Almost word for word. This soon became a total of 21 contacts per week via email, text, and phone calls. It was a constant bombardment. The "internet manager" even emailed me and when I sent an email stating what I did above, I heard nothing. I asked in that email that she tell her staff NOT to keep contacting me. It didn't stop. One of the "internet managers" began to text. She was particularly unimpressive and after I responded to the internet manager's email (that I mentioned above) I got a text in all caps saying: WHAT HAPPENED????? I wrote back and said nothing, why? No response. Tacky and very unprofessional. I even got a call at 8 am on a Saturday morning where the salesperson said hi it's --- (name removed) and nothing else. I said umm, do I know you? The person went on to inform we they were with Reliable Nissan. I think a person representing a business ought to say hi, this is so & so with XYZ business and NOT call at 8 am on a Saturday! This went on for 3 weeks and I asked each person to quit contacting me, that I had had enough. It didn't stop. The executive manager, Dominic Salazar, emailed me asking what else they could do to earn my business. I replied telling him how I felt beseiged and that they need to organize it so one person is contacting potential customers so that they don't feel like I do and that 3 - 6 months means just that and that when asked to stop contacting a person, they need to stop. I never got a response. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the executive manager of the business who is also a part owner. I eventually had to block their numbers on my phone, on my text messages, and all of their emails from my Gmail account to get the constant bombardment to stop. The other Nissan dealer in town - Melloy - what did they do in response to my build being sent to them? They called once and emailed once because I told them what I told Reliable. Melloy respected my privacy and my wishes. I recently found my dream car, exactly matching my build at CarMax with 6k miles on it for a savings of $10k over the new price and purchased it through them. If I hadn't, I'd have gone with Melloy because they were respectful and didn't push themselves on me once it was clear I wasn't going to purchase just anything. If you're considering purchasing here or even looking here, I'd run far, far, away. More

PAID IN FULL A CHECK,then saw the exactly same vehicle with a discounted price of ($46,111.)from another website. We both felt that RELIABLE NISSAN "CHEATED US"When things are all good to go,my husband was having TROUBLE WITH THE VEHICLE GETTING OUT IF PARK.4 male employees were trying to shift,GRINDING THE GEARS to get the vehicle out of park. The lead male kept on saying JUST SLAM IT INTO GEAR.I HAD EXPRESSED THEY ARE GOING TO BREAK MY USED CAR.I was completely FUSTRATED,WORRIED,MIND BLOWN of how these employees treated the vehicle I HAD JUST PURCHASED RIGHT OUT.The very next day I had taken it to 4 different auto parts stores with all of them saying that the"SPEED SENSOR"was damaged. So I took the car BACK TO RELIABLE NISSAN when again the same FEMALE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THOSE 4 TESTS WERE UNRELIABLE,AND TOLD ME TO TAKE/DRIVE IT TO TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE SPEED SENSOR.We couldn't believe how RELIABLE NISSAN BE SO "UNRELIABLE NISSAN" NOW WE DONT HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO KEEP THE VERY EXPENSIVE $46,863."MISTAKE FROM RELIABLE NISSAN".I'm/we would probably not advise any family, friends, etc to shop at RELIABLE NISSAN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE,VERY EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE WE HAD AT RELIABLE NISSAN BECAUSE OF OUR MISTAKE WE WERE PUSHED,SHOVED INTO PURCHASING THAT "USED VEHICLE INSTEAD OF PURCHASING A "NEW" VEHICLE AT TOYOTA More

After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM. Won’t be buying another vehicle from ( Un) Reliable Nissan. More

My partner and I attempted to get a Nissan Rogue from this place. We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on this place. We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on the lot. We waited nearly 4 weeks. The sales person was awesome and understanding. The management is another story! We played tag for nearly 4 weeks, having to wait additionally due to the service repair team ordering the wrong part.We called the managers asking for any accommodations because the issues of waiting and them not communicating with us. Point blank from Manny and general manager " Do you want us to give you the car? Your wait is not our problem " This playing tag happened for quite sometime. A few days ago, the part mysteriously showed up as we went into the dealership to see what had been going on. At this point we wanted a car that worked. We saw another car that was a few thousand higher, but not by much. The management team were to concerned about their own pocket and not interested in trying to keep our business. They refused to get us into this car. Keep in mind the parts for the car that we had wanted still needed to be installed and could take an additional 2 weeks because there is only 1 service tech that does it. we ended up not getting the car. Ridiculous. Reliable Nissan let nearly 30,000 with financing pass on by. Perhaps people like us ( GAY) were not welcomed here. Bad business happens here. More
