Poor Service Advisor Their charges for servicing my vehicle was more than the quoted price. When I complained, they changed the price, but was not very friendly about it. Their charges for servicing my vehicle was more than the quoted price. When I complained, they changed the price, but was not very friendly about it. The vehicle was serviced and parked in the parking lot, but I was not notified for at least 30 min. after they finished with it. Service advisor informed me that he was just busy -- no apology. This dealer says the rights words, but their actions do not match. I would recommend to others to go elsewhere. More

Good Lexus car buying experience!! Our salesperson, Dan Regan, was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. He did not rush us, and didn't partake in any "games" like other dea Our salesperson, Dan Regan, was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. He did not rush us, and didn't partake in any "games" like other dealers tend to do. We were kept informed of what was happening all throughout the morning. He had several years of experience in the service department prior to becoming a salesperson, so we could trust that he knew, mechanically, what he was talking about. Tom, the finance officer, was also upfront, and didn't try to shove any products down our throat! We did get convinced into purchasing a skylink box, for theft concerns...BUT this was possible after he lowered the APR to a stronger rate for us...a little "quid pro quo" action??. My advice is...do your homework, don't unrealistically lowball them, and you will be treated with respect! Used car purchasing is a very in-exact science, but it needs to be win-win in the end. I got a shoddy value on the car I traded in, but I got a KILLER deal on the car we bought, so it was kind of a "push". More

Best Experience I Have Ever Had! This was the first NEW car I had ever purchased in my life. Dan (Dan Regan) was as far from the "typical car salesman" that I could have expected. H This was the first NEW car I had ever purchased in my life. Dan (Dan Regan) was as far from the "typical car salesman" that I could have expected. He did not push or rush me into anything, he did not try to "sell" me on anything. He listened to what I wanted in my car (and what I did not want) so that he did not waste any of my time. He even came in on his day off to answer my questions and insure that I was 100% pleased with the car I had selected and more importantly that my price and payments fell into what I needed. Then to top it off, when I came in to pick up my new Lexus RX350, he had arranged for the huge bow that the dealership only brings out for Christmas to be sitting on the top of my car! My entire experience was above and beyond any expectations that I may have had. I can assure you that I will never go anywhere else. More

Fantastic Service :-) I went to the Toyota Service Garage with low blood sugar. Of course I was told my wait would be pretty long as my RAV4 was scheduled to be re-coated. I went to the Toyota Service Garage with low blood sugar. Of course I was told my wait would be pretty long as my RAV4 was scheduled to be re-coated. I asked the cashier at the service lobby if she knew of any local restaurants that delivered. One of the inventory guys was standing there and immediately offered information regarding the van which would drive me and pick me up, or he offered to walk me over to a restaurant that was across the street. I chose the walk. He talked with me on the way over about my vehicle he asked me how I liked it. An hour or so later I saw him again on the lot outside. He started a conversation with me about my son and spoke to me about his. This type of personal interaction is EXACTLY what I look for in service. Our society is so ME-focused and rushed, that personal interaction seems remiss. On top of that, my beloved RAV4 sparkled like it was brand new once the service was complete. These guys are good at what they do and the personal touch is just icing on the cake! More
