We had our son's car serviced in July of 2023. We had several repairs done for nearly $1500. One of the service issues was an oil leak. We were charged not only for the repair but cleaning of ever We had several repairs done for nearly $1500. One of the service issues was an oil leak. We were charged not only for the repair but cleaning of everything under the hood that had been coated with oil. We noticed that there continued to b a small leak. Upon speaking with Aaron at Toyota he informs us on their paperwork it reads "MADE THE LEAK BETTER" indicating they KNEW they did not fix it. THEY DID NOT TELL US ANYTHING ABOUT ANY OTHER LEAKS, or the leak not being FIXED. Had they disclosed there were several leaks instead of the one they told us about- that would have affected the decision to make $1500 worth of repairs to NOT have the issue fixed!! Why would we pay that kind of money to not fix the issue? Good job "Reliable" Toyota- you just lost our whole family's business. More
