I wish I could give more than 5 stars for their service, which always makes me feel that they care about me as a person rather than just making money. I was at Rensselaer Honda twice recently, and here's w which always makes me feel that they care about me as a person rather than just making money. I was at Rensselaer Honda twice recently, and here's what happened. The warning tire light on my Honda Accord came on a few days earlier, and I went to Rensselaer Honda to get it checked. The service representative said that a lot of people had come in with the same problem because the weather had turned cold. When he heard that mine had be on for some days, he checked the pressure on all 4 tires (they were soft) and reset the warning light. He advised me to come back if the light came back on. No charge! A few days later I realized that somehow my spare key had disappeared, so I decided to get a new one. They ordered a replacement and I set up an appointment to have the key programmed. While I was waiting, they also checked the car oils, filters, tires, battery, and alignment - no charge. This is why our last 6 vehicles were purchased from Rensselaer Honda! More
