Dee was very helpful, from the moment i walked into the service department. He listened to what I had to say, and was very receptive to me showing him what I believed to be the problem with my car. He was very honest & quick to keep me updated and informed about the status of my car. When he informed me that my car was needed overnight, I could tell that he was "upset" that he could not get the work completed same day. During the next day, Dee again kept me informed of my vehicle status and even found that I still had the extended warranty which save me a lot of money. Much appreciated.
