The service advisor Matt was amazing. He made sure I was kept advised about my repair, as I waited. He also charges my phone for me. Excellent service!!! He made sure I was kept advised about my repair, as I waited. He also charges my phone for me. Excellent service!!! More
The price is only reason I wouldn’t recommend. $300 to inspect my car is nuts. Service seemed fine, but for the cost, it would have been nice to get some complimentary service like vacuuming the f $300 to inspect my car is nuts. Rather than dwell on the past, I would like to acknowledge the present and especially the future if you continue to hire and retain talent like Kaylee. Stay away! Perhaps one of the most corrupt and inept organizations I have ever dealt with. They advertised and attempted to sell a Jeep Compass to my daughter that was unsellable in its current condition. They claimed the vehicle was a service department loaner and was out but would be back in within a couple of days. The car was out for over a week and when it came back in the Sales Manager, Nima, called my daughter and gave her hours to come pick up the vehicle or they would not sell to her. The dealership is several hours away so she drives up and the vehicle is unsellable without a safety check with no timetable on availability. The on-duty manager was rude and essentially mocked her "bad luck." They then attempted a "bait and switch" tactic to sell her something else much more expensive. The reason my daughter is buying a vehicle is that her car was totaled in a rear-end accident and she was down to the end of the rental car time provided by insurance. Nima knew this and essentially played her timetable against her using a vehicle he had no intention of selling to her to bring her into the dealership desperate to find a car. This is beyond the pale unethical, and frankly illegal business practice. I am not sure of my response to this, but I am not going to sit back and let these charlatans treat her this way. More
