I bought a car(jeep Cherokee) and there are some rattling sound underneath my cay. I came there 3 times and still that sound is still there. And when I drive that car for ove 80 miles per hour. They got me in without appointment. I asked them to check wipers and air filter since we have running on the beach and fire roads but the mechanic came back and said all was good. That, is integrity. I have had great experiences with Renton CDJR. I know that is going to sound like I work for them, but I saw their low online rating and it is not wha I have experienced. Frankly, I expect good service from anyplace that I conduct business. In general, I almost always get it. I try to always be nice and friendly with people that are waiting on me. These people are nice before you are. No Seattle freeze here! Even though it's Renton, these are the real Seattlites. my vehicle had a complex problem with the air suspension. My service advisor -- Rodney -- worked with the service warranty company to get the job done. I had to bring the vehicle back for additional repairs on the air suspension system. I was met -- after hours -- with a friendly smile and an upscale loner car for me. The service is great the whole way through. Everyone I spoke to from the service setter to my service advisor was top notch. I am accustomed to first class service and five star accommodations when I travel. I am also accustomed to paying extra for that. At and Renton CDJR I was just a regular customer that got first class service without paying extra.I suspect that all customers get that if they are nice too. Having vehicle problems is stressful. This was the most awful car buying experience I've ever had. At first, it was ok, tho they asked for my car key in the beginning so the "manager" could have a look at my trade in vehicle. I picked a car to had. At first, it was ok, tho they asked for my car key in the beginning so the "manager" could have a look at my trade in vehicle. I picked a car to test drive an the sales guy was very informative about everything and told me a good route to go for test driving as I wasn't super familiar with the area. However, when we got down to financing, things got weird. I asked about the price of the car and he wouldn't give me a straight answer, saying he'd show me with the offer. The offer they gave me was not what I wanted, so he came back with another offer. Still not what I was looking for, I said I wanted to leave and think about it and talk it over with my partner. He told me I should just call him and I said I'd rather just leave. He left to go see if he could make the offer better and at this point I realized they still had my car key. He came back with ANOTHER offer I didn't like and I asked to leave again. No dice. This happened TWO MORE TIMES (like I was practically begging to leave at this point) before he brought some other guy over who handed me my key and accused me of having sticker shock and being hangry (he was being so condescending and misogynistic it was like 1954 in there). It was awful and shady and I felt like I was being held hostage. Plus, I saw MANY employees with masks off or below their nose, no hand sanitizer in sight. I will NEVER step foot in this place again, let alone buy a car from them and I encourage you (especially if you're female) to steer clear. More
