I took my CRV for 60k miles service. The adviser when i
took it in is nice and helpful. I dropped it off and the service was fast, i think they call me to pick it up after two hours. The next day i notice

The next day i notice a different sound on my fan (like a loud motor sound not a fan sound) when i set it on high which i always do when i turn my heater on. I went back to the service center that very day, i ask if they can look at it. My adviser the day before wasnt there at that time, so i ask a someone else to help me. The guy was not helpful, he told me theres nothing wrong, he was rude and at first it looks like he dont even want to get up on his chair because i want to show him what i am talking about. I really want them to just check with the mechanic who did my car service and check whats going on. He did not help me, he turn me aways saying he dont think it needs to be checked and its normal. I have been driving my car marks for 5 years today. That loud annoying sound was new when i took my car back from the service. It would be nice if he just help me and maybe checked whats going on. But instead he give me the “i know everything” attitude.
