Eric Hsia/Reydel Service Advisor I have had the privilege to deal with Eric Hsia at Reydel VW. I told him what the problem was for my Routan and the price I was quoted from another VW I have had the privilege to deal with Eric Hsia at Reydel VW. I told him what the problem was for my Routan and the price I was quoted from another VW dealership. He immediately work on my request and promptly gave me a price quote. Reydel's quote was fair and reasonable, so I went ahead to schedule an appt. to bring my car in. Eric gave me a timeline as to when my car will get done and he also assigned it to a mechanic who's expertise is that of the Routan. This gesture was an assurance. In addition, Eric update me with the progress, and made sure that repairs is being done properly. I got out of there as Eric had promised..Over all, good experience and excellent service.
