I have been a customer of Riata Service department for several years and the service advisors ( Chris, Jon, Heidi) have always gone above and beyond in their customer service. They are always open and up several years and the service advisors ( Chris, Jon, Heidi) have always gone above and beyond in their customer service. They are always open and up front. They provide clear communication and If they don’t have an answer for you they take time to find it. They are understanding of your concern. If something is on backorder or takes longer than promised they are very apologetic and look to make it right. I was very pleased with Chris and his wonderful customer service. However the sales team unfortunately is beyond disappointing. I gave their team, Michael Jackson, the opportunity to appraise my vehicle and all they intended to do was take advantage of a female customer. They verbally provided a list of 3 issues on a well maintained vehicle and gave a disrespectful offer. When asked to provide these issues to me in writing Michael could not provide anything. After sending in my complaint in writing the general manager Kevin Wood called and gave me a half apology. Only acknowledging what he called “lack of communication “ and only focusing on 1 of the 3 issues discussed with me and stating that their service isn’t “as what my email states “ He offered to have my vehicle check by their technicians at no cost which was a little to late. He did not apologize or acknowledge the intention that they put forth. This sales situation has caused us to lose faith and respect in Riata and Ford Company. We will no longer conduct business with Riata or Ford Company. I hope that this survey improves the next customers experience. More
