He never pressured me in any way and his knowledge of the truck was excellent. After the deal was completed he even helped me unload all the tools and miscellaneous items from my trade in and it was stupid hot out and took a good half an hour. The last thing Phil did was program my radio and my iPhone so I was able to use all the hands free stuff. Just Beacuse the GMC dealer could not do it!! The GMC dealer I visited was unable to anything quite like the RICART Ford dealership and employees were able to do. First and foremost everyone I ca The GMC dealer I visited was unable to anything quite like the RICART Ford dealership and employees were able to do. First and foremost everyone I came in contact with treated me with respect - which the GMC dealership could not do - and some how even knew my name, even though I was not introduced to them - which again the GMC could not do. Zachary K. even helped me get my 2nd vehicle to the dealership to make the deal happen - which the CMC dealer could not do. Zachary K. was VERY knowledgeable about the F150's and knew the answers to every question I had about anything on the different models we test drove. Jason was very up front about the numbers before any thing was turned into to even see if I could be financed and they even got me a couple of discounts that I was unaware about and even got me financed in about 20 minutes - which the GMC dealer could not do. Zach B. was very quick and explained all the paper work in great detail, when I needed him to do so. I am very impressed that these guys are very laid back and I felt no pressure to buy, like most sales people can make you feel - which the GMC dealer could not do it! See the pattern? I would HIGHLY recommend RICART FORD and this is coming from a die hard GM Guy!!!!!!! More

Top Notch Sales Team - 2016 Ford Fusion I have to admit that I'm one of those car shoppers that tends to over do the research part mostly because I want to spend as little effort and time at I have to admit that I'm one of those car shoppers that tends to over do the research part mostly because I want to spend as little effort and time at the dealership. I was blown away by the personal service and contact I received after arriving at the lot. I was approached by Tim Matheney while matching up my "research" notes car side. He asked a few questions and then sat back and listened. I asked his advice on an engine option and received not a salesman response, but a drivers answer. Tim and I struck up a conversation where Tim mentioned he was hoping to learn more about the sales process and customer service with his time at Ricart. Tim, you nailed the lesson. Selling is about communication and most people forget that listening is 50% of that equation. You will succeed. After the vehicle selection begins the haggling.....right? Nope. Enter Chad Yochens. Everybody, and I mean everybody, hates when the salesperson walks away to "talk to my manager" Tim collected information, Chad processed information and offered the options. Straightforward, meaningfully, and on target. There was no bullshit....can I say that? Well we're all adults so I did anyways. I probably failed to mention that I put the entire deal on a very tight tight time schedule. The entire team nailed it. Tim, Chad, Zach Bowens, and the prep crew. Kudos to Ricart. We will be back, probably bring some friends too! More

I have been driving the car now for about a month and am extemely happy wit my choice which is the Ford Fusion Hatchback. John and the people at Ricart Ford bent over backwards to get me the deal and have been conciencious in making sure I am satisfied. When my lease is up I will become a repeat customer. More
