Fantastic Experience We traveled 2 hours to visit Ricart Ford Used Car facility yesterday - all of the driving there was definitely worth it. When we arrived we were amazed at the facility but then wondered if such a large facility could give the personal assistance that we like. Well....they most certainly did from the greeter at the door to the gentleman that helped us all day - Steve Holsinger - and we would like to thank him for all of his time - great guy. He was very patient with us and never once did we feel "pressured". We got a great deal on a very nice 2007 Ford truck and was treated wonderfully by everyone from the greeter to Steve to Michelle that did our paperwork. Ricart Ford and their personnel are a 5 star facility and we said yesterday the next time we need another vehicle there is only one place we will go....Ricart Ford. More
