Aluminum hood paint corrision. 2010 Mustang started showing blistering and corrosion on bottom of hood 2 years ago. Have gone to Ricart three times for this problem. Have 5 year e 2010 Mustang started showing blistering and corrosion on bottom of hood 2 years ago. Have gone to Ricart three times for this problem. Have 5 year extended warranty. Went again 3 months ago, paint fell off.. Blond Service lady took pictures to send to Ford. We have called three times with her not calling back. Go to carcomplaints.com and see all the complaints on this problem, Ricart says NEVER heard of it. More

Thoroughly impressed! We recently bought a Ford Explorer. The first person that we had contact with was Jessica Conley. She was prompt in getting back to us when I inquired We recently bought a Ford Explorer. The first person that we had contact with was Jessica Conley. She was prompt in getting back to us when I inquired online. We set up a test drive with her and she had the Explorer ready for us to look at right away (even had it run through the car wash!). She was very easy to work with, knowledgeable of the product, and when she didn't know the answer she knew where to get the answer. We also worked with Melissa Figgins and she was very patient, fair, and listened very well. It has been some time since we have purchased a vehicle and they made us feel quite at ease with answering all of our questions. We also met a few other individuals, Ted Hanawalt (who went over the financing with us) and others, who unfortunately I cannot remember the names of at this time, and they were all extremely professional! We would highly recommend Ricart Ford (especially Jessica Conley and Melissa Figgins) to all of our family and friends. More
