From the first call from Josh Rice, to working with Doug McFarlane getting the best finance rate I had an awesome experience dealing with Ricard Ford. From the first call from Josh Rice, to working with Doug McFarlane getting the best finance rate and approval through Ford Motor Company. This is the first brand new car I have ever got financed and thanks to Doug and Josh, it was a great experience. Even though the car I purchased was for my daughter, it was great to be able to do that for her to get her credit started off good. Long but great. So i started off my search by emailing and calling several ford dealers. Had very negative responses. Pretty sure it was do to my recent bankruptcy an So i started off my search by emailing and calling several ford dealers. Had very negative responses. Pretty sure it was do to my recent bankruptcy and nobody wanted to work with me. I decided to call Ricart Ford and talk to a finance guy about my options. I spoke with Ted and he said we do it all the time and that i should come in. I was going off of his word and went. I drove over with my trade in vehicle to see what would happen. Was greeted by Ted and was handed off to Tashad a sales guy. Tashad was nice a knowledgable about most vehicles. To fast forward i decided on a 2015 ford fusion se. A mid range price with some but not all tge bells and whistles. The sales manager John tgen came out and told me what they could do and that i would be financed thru Ford Motor Credit. I was stunned by this news. I had never been financed thru a big boy company. I asked over and over if they were sure and this wasnt just a scam to get me into the car and them call me back a week or two later and tell me the deal fell thru and the new bank wants more money blah blah. I was told by John,Ted,Andy, and Tom that i was approved and there was nothing to worry about. They gave me a xxxx of a deal on my trade in. And i do mean a xxxx of a deal. I did put some money down which im sure helped the situation. I signed all the paperwork and drove off in my brand new car. I was there for almost 6 hours but it was a xxxx busy day and i was a rough case credit wise. They were never pushy with me and were never rude. They were honest and to the point. Sales mgr John was very to the point in fact. Didnt xx me at all. Although im sure he couldve lol. I read a lot on bad reviews and im not sure why they are out there. I had a great time and i will go back in the future for sure. I will post another review after i get a chance to deal with their service department. More
