At Ricart Service we try our level best to be able to assist all of our customers in as timely manner as we possibly can, and normally, that is exactly what happens. That said, there have been occasions when the amount of work to be done outstripped the staff available to perform the repairs or perform the required maintenance for your vehicle, When an occasion like this does occur, we would rather be upfront about the time-frame involved, and maintain the Ricart level of expertise, as opposed to trying to rush through a job, which would be a disservice to our customers. Sorry to hear you came away from your visit to The Ricart Megamall feeling the way you do. We assure you we get no satisfaction at all when a customer does not purchase a vehicle, and a "no sale" does not pay our bills. After investigating what transpired over the weekend you were here, we found we had submitted your request for the initial vehicle you discussed with Ross, for which you had met the basic criteria to finance. At that time, you decided to have us try a different vehicle, and later, still another, even higher level vehicle. We had spoken directly to an underwriter with the first submittal on Saturday, but since the lender has no staffing on Sundays, we would not get a result for additional vehicles you wanted presented until Monday, when they reopened. There are lots of times when we speak directly to lender representatives to help give life to a request for finance. That was the case Saturday, but since there was nobody to speak with on Sunday (they were closed), we could not give you an answer for the additional vehicles you liked until Monday, because we wanted to speak with the lender again on your behalf. Unfortunately, that fact must not have been conveyed clearly to you, because we arrived at work Monday to a negative review. We should have done a better job of conveying all this to you as we feel it could have prevented any misunderstanding. Communicating clearly is a part of our ongoing training regimen at Ricart Ford, and will be so in the future. We would like to offer to continue to work with you toward a new Ford, if you have yet to make a purchase. Just let us know.
