Scott has also followed up with to make sure I am happy with my purchase, it's nice to be treated like a person and not just a "sale". Thanks Scott!! I had financing through my bank, but when I could not get a hold of my bank rep, Ryan Six matched the rate my bank was offering and helped me get out of the door quickly! I have and would reccomend Ricart to friends and family given their outstanding customer service! More

I can't say enough! Should have been my first and only stop! Was able to get me in a new Fiesta with a great rate! They told me of an glaringly wrong error that we were able to straighten out on the spot. After driving all the way to London, Other place never even showed me my credit report and score! And kept showing me cars with no prices and had no answers for my questions. They treated me with respect, paid off my old lemon. And had me out the door with the car same day. I can't say enough. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a car....I'll recommend them to people who aren't even looking. Thank you so much More

Expect the long sale..... We arrived at the dealership at 12:30, 4.5 hours later I had test drove only 1 car, spoke with not 1, not 2, but 3 different sales people. I was asked at least 7 times if I had to have 4 wheel drive. The sales staff knew I was there to buy, so they basically long sold me and insured I wouldn't have time to go shop elsewhere if we didn't make a deal. After explaining what I needed to the 3rd salesman I walked. Went to Hatfield and drove 3 cars in 55 mins. They were strictly business, No bs about how they "do it differently" like I heard at Ricart at least 59 times during my visit. I'd shop else where unless you have 45 hours to dicker with these pros. All of which solidified my choice: I will not be purchasing anything from this asinine establishment. More
