Ford and Ricart both in decline?? Ford will no longer manufacture sedans; Ricart’s customer waiting area no longer provides cookies, fresh coffee and a daily newspaper. Television was not even set to a local popular channel. Customers don’t want stale crackers and aged fruit!! I am disappointed in the decline of the waiting area. Service and Appraisal My service advisor was great, Lisa. Also, my tech, Mike was fantastic. Although I didn’t get my part fixed, they were very helpful in the process. However, when getting my car appraised, the man was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never buy another car from Ricart because of this incident. I was offering to trade my car in to buy a new one, but due to his unprofessional nature, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
