I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I only looked at them I did not drive them. I was not offered the opportunity in the Maz I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I only looked at them I did not drive them. I was not offered the opportunity in the Mazda sales area because they just did not get the keys and I was ignored and then abandoned while in the KIA store. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and we sat around Ricart for three and a half hours waiting for someone to do something. I left the dealership angry and without driving the vehicles I was interested in driving. Ricart sales members can call me daily for weeks to get me to come out to the dealership to check out their deals on vehicles. When I make the time to visit the dealership I get a newbie who has no idea how to sell a car or anything about the vehicle he is trying to sell me. The KIA store sales staff and internet manager Gregg Hunter emailed me and made several phone calls to me every day for three weeks. Then I am ignored when I came out to see them. Then a manager argues with me about having to wait, then tell sme that I need to stay longer because I am no allowing the sales staff enough time to do their job. He yelled at me and aggressively walked towards me when I told him I was tired of waiting. After angering me, he then asked me if he could save me some money today as I was walking towards the door to leave. It appears that sales staff and managers intentionally make customers wait for mediocre service and have no issue using intimidation tactics. More
I may have spelled Don's name wrong, but this is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from him and I am very pleased with his service. Today we were shopping for a vehicle for my wife and Don made her feel at e vehicle I have purchased from him and I am very pleased with his service. Don is very outgoing,does not rush thru explanations or presentatations. he will present the cons as well as the pros of a particular model. I wasn't planning to buy another car when I brought my car to Ricart for service. My husband suggested we look at a few vehicles. Bob introduced himself to us and the rest is history.
