They were amazing. Brandon was great. We test drove 3 cars and looked at a couple more. He was wonderful when I asked to drive another car. They were willing deal with Brandon was great. Our salesman James Davison was great to work with. He was very attentive and took his time to answer our questions and to make sure we felt good about our decisions. He was not in a rush and took care of everything we needed. James Burns in finance was also a pleasure to work with-he made signing and payment a breeze. Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager on duty was less than satisfying to put it nicely. We were put in a situation where they were clearly in the wrong and acknowledged so that they were but the issue was never rectified. The way we were spoken to was on par with disrespectful. Because of this we will probably not purchase here again but don’t let that keep you from visiting both the James’. More
