I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat truck. When you buy a used vehicle there, they have supposedly been checked/gone through the Motor Trend Certified Inspection. Well after driving my truck When you buy a used vehicle there, they have supposedly been checked/gone through the Motor Trend Certified Inspection. Well after driving my truck for a few months, the front end was obviously way out of alignment as the driver side tire was worn way down on the inside of the tire, requiring replacement. Of course, this was past the 6 month 7500 mile warranty that you get from them. So I had to pay for an alignment and two tire for the front of my truck. This shouldn’t have happened. If you are thinking about purchasing a used vehicle from them, have an inspection done on it by a mechanic you trust or you might end up with a similar situation to mine. More

It did take up to two days and the second day, that’s when I received a call from the dealership an try get payment options to my satisfaction level. They did not pressure me into getting a deal that I’m not comfortable with and they tried really hard to get my payments below $600.
