The wife and I were in the market for a new suv and after 5 other dealerships I looked online at Richart. We found two Kia Tellurides that interest us so I called to check availability. From the moment he answered my call he was very professional, Knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. I explained the two vehicles I wanted to see and Jossuel actually took the time to go put his eyes on each one. Let me add that this was on a cold, rainy day and Josuel still took the time to not only look them up in computer but actually put his own two eyes on the vehicles. So we decided to make the hour trip to go look at the Tellurides. When we arrived Joseul already had one of the vehicles waiting, running and warm inside. To say that my wife and I were all over the place was an understatement. Upon arrival we both noticed the Outlanders wich was not even a option nor did we know anything about them. My wife fastly fell in love with the Outlander so Josuel quickly shifted gears and got us setup to test drive the outlander. Also we had our two daughters with us and not only did Josuel keep up with my wife and I typically looking at two different vehicles at the same time but somehow he found time to get our two daughters setup in the lobby with popcorn and hot chocolate. Most will think not a big deal but for us he was entertaining them while answering all our questions so we could focus on picking and purchasing the proper suv for our family. So after test drive of the Outlander wich we both really liked we did decide it was a little to small for our family. So our focus went back to the Telluride and the original 2 were not what I thought( Wolf Grey) completely my fault for not reading. Out of nowhere Josuel shows up with a pearl white 2023 sx prestige with 9k miles. Also note we have been car shopping for 2 months since I totaled my wife's MDX. So I am over car shopping it is eating alot of my time up. To me time is something I don't have any to waste between owning and running my own business and raising two girls. After 3 hoursmy wife wants to think about it over night and I want her to pick something ANYTHING so we can get back to normal life. That brings me to Joseuel bringing around the Pearl 2023 Telluride. Instantly my wife loved it. We only wanted Wolf Grey with Terra Cotta interior in one of the top packages. We were ring because she loved this Telluride choose by Josuel after he watched her for 3 hours and noticed what she gravitated to not what she said because often they are different. So we all 5 went for a test drive and I could tell this was the one my wife was really excited about this suv. Upon returning we go over all the money and ballance of warranty wich Joseul knew and was 100% honest about everything. Because this was a $55k purchase we wanted to be sure to make the right decision financially as well as liked. Josuel worked out a overnight test drive. We took suv home drove it and I watched as my wife would go outside 5 to 8 times throughout the night to see the suv and I knew it was the one. Sunday morning heading back to Richart and We knew Josuel was off wich we were gonna wait until his next say back at work but he insisted that we continue with the purchase and call him for anything we need. So I did call him Sunday morning his day off and explained we were on our way buy running late. Also that We wanted to look at the Brand new Tellurides before finalizing this one. He said absolutely and I guess got to work on his day off. Because he called me back 10 to 15 minutes later telling me he has someone at the Kia new dealership waiting and with a 2024 Telluride Wolf Grey SX X Line Pro. with 9 miles. He knew this is the vehicle we absolutely wanted. When we arrived Maylike greeted us with this beautiful machine and my wife never glanced back at the white one. We did purchase the new Telluride that was sold to us on his day off from his house because Josuel listened to my wife! More
