Senior Sales Advisor John T. was a pleasure to work with. We had agreed on a deal for an XT5 from the Used Car Factory. It was going to be a surprise for my spouse, so we did all of the paperwork on Monday We had agreed on a deal for an XT5 from the Used Car Factory. It was going to be a surprise for my spouse, so we did all of the paperwork on Monday with Matt(?). When we returned to finalize the paperwork on Tuesday, we noticed that the bottom line was $2,000 higher than my agreement with John. I thought it was a mistake that Matt had explained the night before as the bottom line would show the agreed upon price once we gave them our trade-in. As we were signing the papers Tuesday and gave them our trade-in, the new financial guy we were working with (because Matt(?) was off that day) was a complete pompous xxx as he would only repeat, "That's what you signed last night." Long story short, we cancelled the deal and walked away. John T. was awesome to work with. Matt(?) did a great job. But the Tuesday afternoon financial guy has ensured that we will probably never return to Ricart. I am rating Customer Service, Quality and Friendliness as 3 stars because my Monday visit and Tuesday visit were completely opposite experiences. More

Matt was great. He was quick, professional and courteous. On the other hand, I had a less than stellar interaction with another employee trying to sell paint protection and weathertech floor mats. Pleasant experience...our salesperson was polite but could have been more knowledge on all the features of the car. In his defense, the dealership just received the car that day. I felt like the Fina could have been more knowledge on all the features of the car. In his defense, the dealership just received the car that day. I felt like the Finance person who processed the paperwork was to vague in offering the extended warranty. She said it did not cover general maintenance and yet she could not define what that was.
