Pleasant buying experience for Car a car buying experience I visited the dealership on 12/21 and worked with Courtney Scholl. My first impression of the dealership was the enormous location and amount of vehic I visited the dealership on 12/21 and worked with Courtney Scholl. My first impression of the dealership was the enormous location and amount of vehicles available. When I arrived I was greeted while walking into the main lobby by an employee who directed me to Courtney. The lobby was clean and very warm despite the freezing outside temperature. They had a nice snack bar available to include popcorn, pretzels, and fruit snacks. They also had very reasonably priced vending machines for more options. Courtney was very professional through the whole process and not pushy at all, which I really liked as I was not in the mood to be pressured into a sale. We looked through the online inventory and she brought each vehicle up to the front for me to test drive. Once I had selected the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was able to to quickly get the numbers and options together as well as get me back to the final paperwork manager. I cannot recall his name but he was pleasant and also non-pushy about the services contracts and other options. The only advice and part of the process that was a bit frustrating was the slight lack of communication between Courtney and final paperwork manager. There was a small crack in the windshield of the vehicle that needed fixed but when I got back to the final paperwork manager he did not even know about my trade-in let-alone getting the crack fixed. A simple phone call remedied the situation which I was glad to see. All and all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had to date. More

When I walked in took me awhile to find a salesman. Transition went pretty smooth.
