Dez Walker our salesman was wonderful. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Very honest and answered all questions asked. The only problem we had was with the woman who did our fin Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Very honest and answered all questions asked. The only problem we had was with the woman who did our financing. She was VERY rude and thought she knew everything. She kept pestering us to buy the extended warranty. We keep telling her no and she kept pushing. At one point she was talking down to us, and I looked at my husband and said let's leave,we don't need to buy a car. She then said she did not mean anything by what she said. She then tried to throw Dez under the bus for her behavior many times, saying we told Dez we wanted the coverage. Also, she left the door to her office open so as everyone around us could hear the conversations. She was very loud and seemed to say what she wanted. Thank goodness for our salesman Dez, or we would have walked out. He spent over 4 hours with us and appreciated his hard work. More
