Deal of the century Josh our salesmen was awesome down to earth and friendly. He forgot to verify our address which was not correct on my husband and I license which seem Josh our salesmen was awesome down to earth and friendly. He forgot to verify our address which was not correct on my husband and I license which seemed to be more of a deal to the last person we saw at the end for the completion of the process because he had to update the address and reprint a few papers. We felt it was very unprofessional for the finance person to conplain about another coworker in front of a customer also Josh come back to apologize and the finance person was pretty rude to him and made the situation a tad uncomfortable. I do understand things become frustrating we are all human but fake it to make it until the customer is gone! More

Where you can go to see what the value of your trade-in would be roughly before going to the dealership for appraisal. The appraisal was more than quite a bit different than what was on your website. I had an old vehicle with high miles, I get that this vehicle doesn't sell well on your lot . My recommendation would be for your website have some sort of disclaimer that says if your vehicle is older than set year and set amount of miles that you would not recommend they trade it in but sell it your self or another option but no coming in that your appraisal will be very low from what the website shows. My issue was I only wanted to borrow a set amount for the vehicle to have a payment where I was comfortable with and payment term. I was asked what they could do to make ideal. Well since my trade-in offer was so low. I needed to make up the difference somehow to have enough money down to get the payments to where I wanted without paying for the vehicle forever with higher interest rate. Long story short the price you wanted for the vehicle I guess was not negotiable other than where it was at internet price. I had to decline making a deal at that time. I ended up going to CarMax to sell them what I wanted to trade in on the new vehicle. So thank you to CarMax for making the deal possible more money on trade in helps for having more money to put down on the loan. More
