Extremely disappointed with RiCart Customer Service Extremely disappointed with the Customer service. I had visited the Used car Factory on 4/23 evening at 6.30 and had a test Drive and finalized a car. Extremely disappointed with the Customer service. I had visited the Used car Factory on 4/23 evening at 6.30 and had a test Drive and finalized a car. Since i was going for Finance from external bank, the Sales associate promised me to keep the car on hold and provided the Car details to apply for finance. Very next day i have got the loan approved but the bank needed the Purchase agreement copy. At 7PM, the sales associate was out and said, he would send the Purchase agreement next day morning. He sent the purchase agreement copy at 12.45PM and also asked me to work on getting the car insurance. By 4PM, the bank had issued the check and also, i had negotiated with the insurance company to get the better rates. Remember, at all the conversations i was having with the sales associate, i was getting encouraging comments as the car is blocked in my name. At 5PM, i get a message from the RiCart as the car is sold to some other customer which lead to all the effort and pain i had gone through for the 3 days is a waste. When i called the sales associate, He said, the car was sold on thursday evening as i did not take any action to buy the car(Please note, he sent the purchase agreement copy on Friday whereas the car was sold on thursday evening).He and his manager - both started blaming me for all the MESS they created. They said 'We are the market drivers'. If you are new to this country and have to go for external finance(obviously, for not having credit history), NEVER go/recommend RiCart. More

Ray Pasco was the salesmen that I dealt with when by my new/used Ford Fusion. I had a specific vehicle in mind and he never tried to persuade me towards something else to increase his profit on the sale. Ray was also not your typical salesman when it come to being pushy about an answer about buying the car, he pretty much sat there quietly waiting for my final decision, and only talking about the vehicle when I had questions about it. I would definitely consider coming back to Ricart Ford and dealing with Ray on my next car purchase in the future More

Abdoulaye Toure is the man! I had been searching for a smaller SUV 4X4 and found a 2014 Jeep Compass on Ricart.com. When I stopped in to look at it, I was on a schedule and knew I had been searching for a smaller SUV 4X4 and found a 2014 Jeep Compass on Ricart.com. I was met by Abdoulaye who was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. No time was wasted locating the Jeep and taking a quick test drive. Some basics were covered until I could return. The process was relaxing and everyone I met along the process was very friendly and knowledgeable. It does take some time to get all of the paperwork in order but there's no need to sweat it....make yourself comfortable and the salesperson will find you. When we could not find the car he suggested other really great ones that I loved as well. He did end up finding the black ford focus that I originally wanted. He was so friendly and had such a great personality, I'm glad he was our salesman. I took the car on a test drive and decided it was the car I wanted, so Nate started the paper work immediately and it was done nice and quick. I will definitely be recommending this dealership, as well as Nate specifically to my friends because he was the biggest help and it was much appreciated. worst experience i have ever had I cant believe what they did to me. they told me I was approved for a loan and called me 5 days later after signing everything and sending me home wit I cant believe what they did to me. they told me I was approved for a loan and called me 5 days later after signing everything and sending me home with a car to tell me I was not and I had to return the car. Edwin Berry lied to my face about business hours. and all three of them tried to refuse to give me any sort of document saying that the car was never in my name and that I would not be billed for anything. I had to fight to get that. I can't believe they could sell you a car and take it back. They are liars and will never do business with them again. More

He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me a fair trade in value for my vehicle as well. The process was simple and pleasant. He also helped my wife and I entertain our two boys by letting them play x-box in the lounge as we were waiting on the paperwork to sign. I could not have been more impressed about not only the dealership, but by Mr. Byrd and his professionalism. He came down in price immediately to a price that I found to be well below other lots with similar cars. He also followed through with some added items that I picked up at a later date. The overall atmosphere at Ricart was quite different than other car lots that I had been visiting. It simply seemed to be more pleasant, upbeat and enjoyable.
