I recently purchased a vehicle and was told it had XM radio. It in fact did not. After numerous calls to XM and taking it to Toyota it is XM capable but needs the XM receiver. After contacting Ricart radio. It in fact did not. After numerous calls to XM and taking it to Toyota it is XM capable but needs the XM receiver. After contacting Ricart to explain I was told it had XM but does not and I'm gonna be out another $445 for XM to even work they did not help whatsoever. If i would have known I was going to have to pay that I would have adjusted the sales price accordingly. If you are going to buy here do your research and go over the vehicle with a fine comb b4 purchasing. This is what makes people uncomfortable with dealerships. To me $445 is a lot of money. I guess at the end of the day it is a car dealership and it's all about selling that car so just beware. Very very disappointing. More

My family and I scouted the web looking for reliable used cars for a fair price before making any decisions. We found exactly what we wanted a Ricart. The salesman, Nate White, was awesome. Went there with intentions of taking home a used car. Beware do not give out your credit info until after you know how much your trade is worth and after 2 hours still no value on my trade. I believe he was trying to use my credit and my income in there favor! So my wife and I left . Steve told me he would call us back with numbers. After 10 mins went by we decided that we would go back so we called Steve back and left a message after being on hold and sent to 2 different lady's. they took a message. Did he call us back? Nope! Not that day or the next day! We drove over 3 hours. Bought a nicer car today with a much lower interest rate then what ricart was trying to push us to do! NOT WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH YEAH WE BOUGHT FROM JEFF WYLER AUTO MALL CINI OHIO. ASK FOR LEE HE IS A GREAT GUY !!! More
Salespeople were helpful, but not pushy. Best part was having all the used cars unlocked so you could sit in each one and check them out. I was able to eliminate vehicles by simply sitting in them, adjust having all the used cars unlocked so you could sit in each one and check them out. Great price compared to other dealers without having to haggle with a salesperson and their manager. More

Prior to arriving at Ricart, I had done research and selected a couple cars I was interested in looking at. The online service representative put me in touch with Chris Wright who met us when we arrive selected a couple cars I was interested in looking at. He quickly found the first car we were interested in and immediately got us on our way for a test drive. After looking all over the lot for the second car and coming up empty, Chris was very patient with us as we were deciding on our purchase. We finally settled on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that met our purchase criteria. Chris was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and we are very pleased to have come to an agreement on the purchase price. The only cosmetic problem we could see was a big stain in the back seat. Chris was able to coordinate having the seat cleaned and we were very pleased with the results; in fact, they steam cleaned all the seats and the interior looked great when I picked up the car. This is the second time I've purchased a used vehicle through Ricart and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last time. Thanks Chris, for the great experience! More
