After 10 mins went by we decided that we would go back so we called Steve back and left a message after being on hold and sent to 2 different lady's. they took a message. Did he call us back? Nope! Not that day or the next day! We drove over 3 hours. Bought a nicer car today with a much lower interest rate then what ricart was trying to push us to do! NOT WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salespeople were helpful, but not pushy. Best part was having all the used cars unlocked so you could sit in each one and check them out. From the start I experienced unfriendliness. Prior to arriving at Ricart, I had done research and selected a couple cars I was interested in looking at. He quickly found the first car we were interested in and immediately got us on our way for a test drive. After looking all over the lot for the second car and coming up empty, Chris was very patient with us as we were deciding on our purchase. We finally settled on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that met our purchase criteria. Chris was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and we are very pleased to have come to an agreement on the purchase price. The only cosmetic problem we could see was a big stain in the back seat. Chris was able to coordinate having the seat cleaned and we were very pleased with the results; in fact, they steam cleaned all the seats and the interior looked great when I picked up the car. This is the second time I've purchased a used vehicle through Ricart and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last time. Thanks Chris, for the great experience! More

Theo was very helpful in getting us our new (used) car ... we spoke to him on Sunday after we sent an inquiry about a car we saw online.
