Ok first me and my wife was attacked when we got out of r vehicle. Ask to take a test drive in a vehicle we seen online. After I had to give my first born to take a test drive. (we were off) No wait! I just signed my name 2 or 3 times and they made a copy of drivers license. I asked sales dude do u got to go with us? He replied why u don't want me to go with u. I replied NO. Its policy he claimed. (we were off) Started out of ricarts parking lot, sales dude said we can't go on the highway because he don't know his way around. (what). So preceded to go around the block. After 10 min test drive, went back inside to see the value of my trade in, 2003 ford ranger 124000 mi. After waiting way longer then r test drive, Dude come back with I quote $500.00 dollars. Yes 500 bucks on a purchase of a $26,000 vehicle. I wish I could post a picture of my $500.00 vehicle. Very Disappointing Visit. More

I called Ricart Auto Group after seeing a truck on AutoTrader.com that we were interested in purchasing, and David Whitt took my call. He was very friendly yet business like on the phone, told me he AutoTrader.com that we were interested in purchasing, and David Whitt took my call. He was very friendly yet business like on the phone, told me he would check on the availability of the unit we liked, and call me when the store closed to let me know if it would be available the next morning, when we could come to see it. He did exactly as he promised, and called me around 8:45 p.m. to confirm it was available. I was more than impressed that he kept his word, and I looked forward to the two hour trip to meet him the next morning. He met me at the door the next morning, patiently talked me through the process, took charge and had some minor damage and low fuel problems taken care of, and provided every courtesy he could to resolve any questions or issues that arose. During the finalization of the purchase, a title discrepancy was discovered, and Herb Prantl got involved with the sale, to explain the problem with document mileage versus vehicle mileage, and after a few minutes of professional and courteous discussion, a plan to resolve the issue was agreed upon, shared by both Mr. Prantl and I. By 10 a.m. the following morning, through our combined efforts, the problem was resolved. It was my wife and my extreme pleasure to deal with such such professional people, and with such courtesy and professionalism. The title problem could have been a deal breaker, or left us completely on our own to resolve, but instead we were provided with positive support, suggestions for resolution, and at all times with understanding of a correctable mistake being made. I believe this was the most positive automotive purchase I have ever made,and would surely recommend the Ricart Auto Group, and these two gentlemen to anyone needing a vehicle.
