They were very nice, worked quickly to get me out the door. However when they caused and issue with my new vehicle they didn’t want to offer me any type of compensation. Except to bring me my car a wee door. However when they caused and issue with my new vehicle they didn’t want to offer me any type of compensation. Except to bring me my car a week later after they fixed what they broke. The deal I got on my vehicle was one they posted and I was supposed to feel grateful for that after my car was damaged. Customer service really needs worked on. I am still not happy and I still don’t have my vehicle. More

I enjoyed the process of purchasing my F150. Everyone including Leesa was relaxed and helped answer my questions. There was only one gentleman that I interacted with that I felt he would be be Everyone including Leesa was relaxed and helped answer my questions. There was only one gentleman that I interacted with that I felt he would be better suited working for the TSA bossing people around in the security line. I believe he was one of the managers, older gentleman with facial hair. Outside of that they were flexible with my schedule and answered all questions including helping make sure my wife wouldnt need to drive in to do paperwork. More

We recently had a great experience at Ricart Automotive while purchasing a new Ford Bronco. The bulk of the purchase was done online or over the phone, which saved us a lot of time. When we arrived at the dealership, they had the Bronco pulled up and ready for us, with a test drive agreement already prepared and awaiting our signature. We also appreciated that they had already approved our application before we arrived, and they had information on our trade-in vehicle ready to review while taking the test drive. We were delighted to be greeted by multiple staff members who offered us assistance throughout the process. The trade-in value of our 2010 Honda Pilot EXL was fair and reasonable, making for a truly excellent experience with Ricart Automotive. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and an enjoyable car buying experience.
